I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, in ess and sui juris, solemnly affirm, depose and declare that:

I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, was naturally born on the Twenty-Sixth day of April, in the Year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Six (April 26, 1976).  On that day my natural legal parents, Michael Lewis Bobbitt and Kathie Antoinette Bobbitt gave me the name Jason inheriting the family name of “Bobbitt”. I am now “Jason Michael Bobbitt”, the name correctly spelled with both upper- and lower-case letters, according to the English rules of grammar pertaining to the spelling of a proper name and surname/family name of an individual natural person.

I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am still alive and breathing having never been “merely dead”, presumed dead, deceased, absent from my life’s Estate, nor intentionally abandoned by my natural and legal parents upon the day of my birth.  Since the day of my natural birth, I have never intentionally nor unintentionally surrendered nor abandoned any claims of God-given life, estate, nor claims to my given birth name.

I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am neither a member of the United States Military Armed Forces, nor am I a rebel or belligerent publicly residing in an occupied D.C. territory under rule of a martial conqueror / commander-in-chief.  Being a Private American Citizen of the United States: I am neither an “enemy” as defined by the “Trading With the Enemy Act” of October 6, 1917 (50 U.S.C. App. 5(b)), nor as amended by the “Emergency Banking and Relief Act” of March 9, 1933 (12 U.S.C. 95a). 

Therefore, I am NOT

“JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT”
or any derivative of said name of war or nom de guerre.

I am the flesh and blood man: Jason Michael Bobbitt.
