Declaration of Status of Jason Michael Bobbitt
Pre-March 9, 1933, Private Citizen of the United States:
Private American National / Non-U.S. Citizen

 

 

COMES NOW Jason Michael Bobbitt, in esse and sui juris, over the age of majority, cognizant of the importance of the matters stated herein and competent to give testimony, solemnly makes oath that the following statements being true and correct to the best of his knowledge:

 

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am a living Man, born on the land of Roanoke County, Nation / State of Virginia, (Exhibit 1); and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, was given my birth name “Jason Michael Bobbitt” on the day of my nativity; April 26, 1976.  I am known by no other name including “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT”, nor any other derivative of that name (Exhibit 1); and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am an heir of the Posterity, one of “We the People”, and Beneficiary of the Constitutional Republic of the Nation / State of Virginia and the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America, holding the sacred right to civilian due process of law (i.e. Common Law and English / American Equity) secured on federal level by the Fifth Amendment and Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment on a state level to the Constitution for the United States of America; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, by means of a duly filed “Release With Consideration” have released and disclaimed all legal interests of suretyship and trusteeship in the estate of “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT”, a STATE OF VIRGINIA registered organization, Certificate of Live Birth, State File No. 145-76-018877, file dated May 3, 1976; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, have rescinded all signatures of suretyship, nunc pro tunc ab initio, provided on behalf of the public, statutory, territorial, D.C., “U.S. citizen”, “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT” or any derivative of that NAME, effective from the filing date of said Certificate of Live Birth on May 3, 1976, now being signature of agency of “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT”, the Agent of Record & Sole Beneficiary and Heir without recourse (Exhibit 3); and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, have absolutely renounced, disclaimed, released, relinquished and abandoned the use of my former name, D.C. Territorial “U.S. citizen”, “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT”, having been conferred on the day of VIRGINIA registration. (Exhibit 4); and,

 

FURTHER

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am a natural “person” and a Pre-March 9, 1933, Private American National Citizen that has resumed the use of my given birth Name of Jason Michael Bobbitt, as defined by the Constitution for the United States of America, said status having been protected by the former, constitutionally-created, civilian government presently ousted as of March 9, 1933; and now, during the provisional, military government, temporarily imposed by congressionally-approved and confirmed Proclomation 2040 on March 9, 1933; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am a Pre-March 9, 1933, Private American National / Non-U.S. citizen, protected by the Fifth Amendment and Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution for the United States of America.  (Exhibit 5); and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, a Pre March 9, 1933, Private Citizen National / Non-U.S. citizen, am protected by international law, i.e., the treaty known as the Hague Convention of 1907, Article 23 distinguishing between “belligerents” and “nationals”, the military Commander-In-Chief of his occupying military force to protect the constitutionally-secured rights of the “nationals” including civilian due process of law, while waging war on said “belligerents” and/or “rebels” (Exhibit 6); and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am neither an “enemy” nor a “person” defined by the “Trading With the Enemy Act” of 1917 (50 U.S.C. App. 5(b)) as amended by the “Emergency Banking Relief Act” of 1933 (12 U.S.C. 95a), nor defined by any other federal and/or state statute promulgated by state and/or federal emergency war powers military governments; and

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am a Pre-March 9, 1933, Private Citizen of the United States, Private American / Non-U.S. citizen, exclusively defined by the Fifth Amendment and Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am not a STATE OF VIRGINIA-created, federally-insured, statutory D.C. Territorial, “U.S. citizen” in commerce or at war; nor am I the surety / trustee / registered agent / accommodating party for the statutory, STATE OF VIRGINIA-created territorial, “U.S. citizen” “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT” or any derivative of that NAME; and,
 

 

FURTHER

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am neither a Legal fiction in substance nor clothed with the form of a Legal Fiction; for I am the private Man created by God and NOT the statutorily created, public, quasi-artificial “PERSON” created by the STATE OF VIRGINIA; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, am not, nor shall I ever consent to be, publicly and/or privately, the fiduciary / trustee for the escheated Public Decedent Legal Estate NAME, “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT”, or any other derivative of that NAME; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, by means of a private trust arrangement, am the public Agent of Record without recourse / without prejudice and Private Sole Beneficiary of the Estate and NAME of the Private Business Trust “JASON MICHAEL BOBBITT” the office of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, now being the fiduciary / trustee (IRS Form 56); and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, hereby accept the Oaths of all legislative, executive, and judicial officers, federal and state, to uphold the Constitution for the United States of America and all treaties made in accordance thereof as the supreme law of the land pursuant to Article VI, Section 3 of the Constitution; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, hereby release and discharge all legislative, executive, and judicial officers and trustees, federal and state, from the obligation of imposing any form of extra-constitutional, statutory, temporarily imposed, emergency war powers military D.C. Territorial jurisdiction; including military due process of law; and,

 

  1. I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, hereby hold harmless and indemnify by means of a private equitable asset, all legislative, executive, and judicial officers and trustees, federal and state, for not imposing said military due process of law relating to any and all actions concerning “Jason Michael Bobbitt”; and,

 

  1. Whereas I, Jason Michael Bobbitt, the living man am the result of the life of my parents, the living man known as Michael Lewis Bobbitt and the living woman as Kathie Antoinette Frederick who were lawfully wedded, therefore, I am their living son from the moment of conception and from the first combining of their unique genetic code to create the unique zygote in support of my physical embodiment, as I am their living Heir.  I hereby publish my claim and recording of the facts: the afterbirth composed of a placenta, umbilical cord, and fetal tissues, and my DNA; which was never a viable separate living organism and was instead a portion of my flesh and blood akin to any hair, skin, nail or other representation of my genetic content that was not abandoned, not donated, and not returned to me or my parents.  No separate estate, living status, ownership interest, nor death, apart from my own life, may be claimed on behalf of the Afterbirth, nor other waste resulting from my birth.
